Please check the following dates and times carefully and specify whether you are available for Tim's piece, Amme's piece or both pieces by emailing Valerie at valper@clcillinois.edu ASAP! Preliminary casting decisions will be made this weekend but please remember that each guest artist has final say on who is in their piece.
DATES and TIMES:
Anne's Piece
Fridays September 9th, 16th and 23rd 9am-6pm
You must be available for all three Fridays. Please specify what times you are available for each date as "all" or in a minimum of 4hr blocks (i.e. 9-1, 11-3, 12-6).
Tim's Piece
Wednesday September 28th 7pm-10pm
Friday September 30th 9am-6pm
Saturday October 1st 9am-2pm
For Tim's piece you must be available all three dates for the entire time frame listed.
